| No dividend has been paid since the end of the previous financial year. The Board of Directors has not declared or recommended the payment of dividend in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2006. A final dividend of 5.0 sen gross per share, less tax at 28% proposed for the previous financial year ended 31 July 2005 has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting held on 8 December 2005. The dividend will be paid on 6 January 2006 to depositors registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 15 December 2005. |
