| A final dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM9,333,237 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2005 was paid on 6 January 2006. The Board of Directors has on 8 March 2006 declared an interim dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM4,664,295 in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2006. |
