| A final dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM9,140,184 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2006 was paid on 27 December 2006. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 27% income tax, amounting to RM9,274,756 in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2007. |
