| A final dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 25% income tax, amounting to RM9,568,459 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2012 was paid on 20 December 2012. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 25% income tax, amounting to RM9,568,459 based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at 31 January 2013, in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2013. |
