Remarks :
The directors recommend the payment of a final single tier dividend of 2.5 sen per share, amounting to RM6,378,973 in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2014, based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at 31 July 2014, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
