| Remarks : |
The External Auditors have performed the limited review. However, they were unable to obtain sufficient appropriate evidence in respect of Pasdec Resources SA Limited (PRSA) and its subsidiaries, comprising of Pasdec Automotive Technologies (Pty) Ltd (PAT) and Pasdec Automotive Technologies (Bostwana) (Pty) Ltd (PATBW),which are a component of the Group based in South Africa, to form the conclusion as the component auditors work is still ongoing. Consequently, the External Auditors were unable to determine whether any adjustments might have been found necessary in respect of the Group's assets, liabilities, income and expenses, and the elements making up the condensed consolidated statements of changes in equity and statements of cash flows. Therefore, due to the significance of the matter, the External Auditors did not express conclusion to the condensed financial statements of the Group for the period ended 31 December 2019. |
