Remarks :
1) The comparative figures for the basic earnings per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and period have been restated to take into effect the bonus element arising from the rights shares issued during the current reporting quarter.
2) Dividend Description - Proposed final dividend of 3% less tax at 28% to be paid after Company shareholders' approval at the forthcoming AGM.
