In relation to Note 13 on "Earnings per Share", under Additional Information to the unaudited interim financial report, the numerator for the computation of the basic earnings per share for the quarter and financial period ended 31 December 2002 should read as "net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of RM267,000". The paragraph thus reads as follows: "The calculation for basic earnings per share for the quarter and financial period ended 31 December 2002 is based on the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of RM267,000 and the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the quarter and financial period ended 31 December 2002 of 84,240,000." |
