Remarks : 
The Directors recommended a final single tier dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM 11,360,220 in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2018, which is subject to the approval of the owners of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.  The proposed dividend has not been included in the financial statements.
