An interim single tier tax exempt dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share has been declared by the Board of Directors in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2015. The interim dividend will be paid on 24 June 2015 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors and Record of Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares as at the close of business on 15 June 2015. |
