Remarks :
1. Following the Company's announcement on 15 June 2011, the results of Marine Logistics and Offshore Support Division in Indonesia were included under the heading of continuing operations, as elaborated in Note A13 and B9.

2. Consequently, the results for preceding quarter had been restated to conform with the change of assumptions as elaborated in Note A17.
