| 1. Interim Tax-Exempt Dividend of 3% or 3 sen per Ordinary Share of RM1.00 each The Board of Directors is pleased to declare an interim tax-exempt dividend of 3% or 3 sen per Ordinary Share of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2005. The dividend will be paid on 6 April 2006 to the shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors on 14 March 2006. 2. Final Tax-Exempt Dividend of 8% or 8 sen per Ordinary Share of RM1.00 each In addition, the Board of Directors is pleased to propose a final tax-exempt dividend of 8% or 8 sen per Ordinary Share of RM1.00 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2005. The proposed final tax-exempt dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
