Remarks :
The Company had on 6 November 2014 announced a distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of 1 treasury share for every 20 existing ordinary shares of RM1 each held ("Share Dividend"), fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded. The entitlement date and payment date is on 11 December 2014 and 05 January 2015 respectively.
