Net Tangible Assets ( NTA) per share: the NTA for the current year ended 31 August 2003 of RM1.431 per share is based on the weighted average share capital of 91,153,000 shares while that of the preceding year ended 31 August 2002 of RM1.679 per share was based on share capital of 65,000,000 shares. |
