Remarks :
Pursuant to the Company's announcement on 27 April 2011, the financial year end of the Company has been changed from 31 December to 30 June. Thus, the last set of audited financial statements has been made up from 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2011 covering a period of eighteen (18) months.

Due to the change of financial year end, there are no comparative figures given for preceding year corresponding quarter in the current report.
