| The Unaudited Fourth Quarter Interim Financial Report for the quarter ended 31 December 2009 has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company but has not been reviewed by the Audit Committee as there was insufficient quorum for the Audit Committee Meeting. The Audit Committee Members, Mr Yeoh Cheng Han and Mr Wee Cheong Poh had resigned as the Directors and Audit Committee Members of the Company on 23 December 2009 and 18 January 2010 respectively and the Company is still in the process of identifying suitable persons to fill these vacancies. |
