| The Basic earnings per share (cent) for the cumulative quarter ended 30 June 2003 is calculated by dividing the net profit attributable to the shareholders of RM 3,036,000 over the enlarged share capital of 43,500,000 ordinary shares. The Basic earnings per share (cent) for the cumulative quarter ended 30 June 2002 is calculated by dividing the net profit attributable to the shareholders of RM 4,518,000 over the share capital of 12,512,500 ordinary shares. The Net tangible asset per share (RM) as at 30 June 2003 is calculated based on the net tangible asset over the enlarged share capital of 43,500,000 ordinary shares. The Net tangible asset per share (RM) as at 30 June 2002 is calculated based on the net tangible asset over the share capital of 12,512,500 ordinary shares. |
