| The acquisition of the subsidiary companies for the purpose of listing of LFE Corporation Berhad ("the Company" or "LFECorp") on the second board of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad ("MSEB") was completed on 3 September 2003. Therefore the LFECorp ("Group") was effectively formed on 3 September 2003. The unaudited Condensed Consolidated Income Statements are prepared based on consolidation of the pro-forma group's results for the full financial quarter/year. The results before the formation of the group is treated as pre-acquisition results. No comparative figures are presented as this is the first financial year and 2nd quarter's results announced by the Group since its listing on the Second Board of the MSEB on 27 October 2003. |
