| On 14 November 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2008 to 31 March 2009. Thus, the financial period would run from 1 January 2008 to 31 March 2009, covering a period of 15 months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall be 31 March, of each subsequent year. |
