Remarks :
This supersedes the announcement made on 24 August 2006 (Reference No.: CS-060823-49746) due to an error in the computation of the Net Assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent ("NA").
In the earlier announcement dated 24th August 2006, the computation of the NA of RM1.27 (2005: RM1.25) was inclusive of the minority interest whereas the NA of RM1.22 (2005: RM1.20) in the amended announcement is excluding the minority interest.
