Remarks : 
Please refer to the announcements dated 13 June 2017 (Reference No. CFY-13062017-00001) and 14 June 2017 (Reference No. GA1-14062017-00013) in respect of change of financial year end of G3 Global Berhad ("G3" or "the Company").

The Company had changed its financial year end from 31 July to 31 December.  Thus, the current set of financial statements will be made up from 1 August 2016 to 31 December 2017 covering a period of 17 months.  Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end on 31 December for each subsequent year.

Definition of Subunit:

In a currency system, there is usually a main unit (base) and subunit that is a fraction amount of the main unit.
