Remarks :
For the financial year ended December 31, 2005, the Board recommended the payment of a final tax exempt dividend of 3.5 sen per share, amounting to RM4,305,000. However, the entitlement date and the date of payment of the final tax exempt dividend have yet to be finalised. A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the date of payment.
