| Please note that DPS Resources Group of companies was only formed on 31 May 2004 and subsequently listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 August 2004. Hence, the profit figure above of RM11.435 million (Preceding Year Corresponding Period) includes pre-acquisition profits of RM4.082 million. After deducting the pre-acquisition profits, the post-acquisition profits for the Preceding Year Corresponding Period are at RM7.353 million. The basic earnings per share of 10.92 sen as disclosed above for Preceding Year Corresponding Period is computed based on the post-acquisition profit of RM7.353 million.
