| Please note that DPS Resources Berhad's issued and paid-up share capital was increased to RM66,000,000 on 13 April 2006 (from previous RM60,000,000) with the issuance of 12,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each that rank pari passu with all existing 120,000,000 ordinary shares via a private placement. The abovementioned shares were successfully admitted to the Official List on 19 April 2006. Hence, the disclosure above for Basic Earnings Per Share of 4.27 sen (Current Year Quarter), 11.24 sen (Current Year To Date) and Net Assets Per Share Attributable To Ordinary Equity Holders Of The Parent of RM 0.72 (As At End Of Current Quarter) is computed based on the pro-rated enlarged shareholdings of 132,000,000 shares.
