| The amendment was made on the item "Cash flows from/(for) operating activities" in Consolidated Cash Flow Statements for the 12 month ended 31 December 2005. The Profit before taxation should be RM26,547,097 instead of RM26,601,470 and the amount for Increase/(Decrease) in trade and other payables should be RM(4,330,409) instead of RM(4,384,782). The above amendment has no impact to the Consolidated Balance Sheet, Consolidated Income Statements, Statement of Changes in Equity and the Notes to the interim financial statements.
