| Included in the Profits, is a Gain on dilution of interest upon listing of subsidiary, Carotech Berhad, pursuant to Financial Reporting Standard 127. There are no comparative figures as Hovid Group of Companies only came into existence on 1 December 2004, applying acquisition method of accounting for its consolidated results. Therefore the results for year to date ended 30 June 2005 included only seven months' results of the subsidiaries. |
