Remarks :
Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors has proposed a final single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012. If approved, the final dividend will be paid to the shareholders on 18 July 2013. The entitlement date for the said dividend shall be 21 June 2013.
