Remarks :

This is the Interim Financial Statements on the consolidated results for the financial period ended 30 June 2006 announced by the Company in compliance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's requirements. As this is the second quarterly report being drawn up, there are no comparative figures for the preceding year's corresponding quarter.
Net Assets per share as at 30 June 2006 is arrived based on the Group's Net Assets of RM65.08 million over the number of ordinary shares of 450,000,000 shares of RM0.10 each. Net Assets per share as at 31 December 2005 was arrived at based on the Group's Net Assets of RM24.37 million over the number of ordinary shares of 70,000,020 shares of RM0.10 each.
