| This amended announcement is made in particular on the entitlement date appearing in the Note B12.wherein the entitlement to the interim dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 3 September 2008 instead of 29 August 2008 as stated earlier. This is the third interim financial report on the consolidated results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2008 announced by the Company in compliance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. As this is the third quarterly report being drawn up after the Group was constituted on 25 October 2007, there are no comparative consolidated figures for the preceding year's corresponding quarter and period to date. |
