| The Board has on 20th May 2003 declared an interim dividend of 4.0 sen less 28% tax (preceding year: 4.0 sen tax exempt) in respect of current financial year ending 30th June 2003. The entitlement to the interim dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 10th June 2003 and the date of payment will be on 23rd June 2003. |
