| Note for No. 5 The earnings per share are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 1,398,826,317 shares for the current financial period. Proposed final dividend for financial year ended 30 June 2007 The Board recommended a final dividend of 12% less 27% tax per ordinary share of RM0.10 (preceding period: 11% less 28% tax per ordinary share of RM0.10 each) in respect of the previous financial year for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the entitlement to the final dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 13 December 2007 and the date of payment will be on 28 December 2007. |
