| Note for No. 5 The basic earnings per share are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 2,308,110,000 for the current financial year (2,150,587,000 shares, adjusted for bonus element on rights issue of 2 for 10 in the previous corresponding period). Note for No. 6 The Board of Directors has on 13 August 2012 announced a final single tier dividend of 20% (previous corresponding period: 18%) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2012 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 November 2012. If approved, the entitlement of the final single tier dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 30 November 2012 and the date of payment will be on 19 December 2012. |
