| Note for No. 5 The earnings per share for current quarter and preceding year corresponding quarter are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 2,408,377,000 and 2,383,663,000 shares respectively after deducting treasury shares. Note for No. 6 The Board of Directors has on 20 August 2013 announced a Final Single Tier Cash Dividend of 2.2 Sen (preceding year: 2.0 Sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 21 November 2013. If approved, the entitlement of the Final Single Tier Cash Dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 29 November 2013 and the date of payment will be on 19 December 2013. |
