| Note for No 5 The earnings per share for current quarter and preceding year corresponding quarter are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 2,428,667,000 and 2,418,859,000 shares respectively after deducting treasury shares. Note for No 6 i) The Board has on 15 May 2014 declared an interim single tier cash dividend of 11% (previous corresponding period: 11% ) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2014. The entitlement to the interim dividend will be determined based on the shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 12 June 2014 and the date of payment will be on 26 June 2014. ii) The Board of Directors had on 6 May 2014 announced a distribution of up to 21,173,095 treasury shares held by the Company ("Special Share Dividend") to the shareholders of the Company on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every 125 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in the Company which is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened. |
