Remarks : 
Note for No. 6
a) The Board of Directors has on 16 August 2018 recommended a Final Cash Dividend of 1.80 sen (preceding year:
1.45 sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2018 for approval of the shareholders at
the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
b) The total dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 of 3.20 sen per ordinary share amounting to
approximately RM180.4 million comprises of the following and represents an increase of 21% compared to previous financial year of 2.65 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM148.6 million:-
(i) Interim dividend of 1.4 sen per ordinary share amounted to RM78.9 million
(ii) Proposed final dividend of 1.80 sen per ordinary share of approximately RM101.5 million
The total dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 is in line with the Company's dividend policy of payout ratio of at least 40% of profits attributable to shareholders of RM444.8 million (which excludes the fair value gain on deemed disposal of a joint venture of RM65.6 million).
