| This is an amended announcement to the one made on 28/11/2002 ref: CC-021122-54566. The amendments are as follows:- i. Part A1, financial year end should read as 30/06/2003 instead of 30/06/2002 ii. Part A2, item 3, Profit/(loss) after tax and minority interest for preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period should read as -2,753 instead of -2,735 respectively. iii. Part A2, item 4, Net profit/(loss) for the period for preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period should read as -2,753 instead of -2,735 respectively. iv. Consolidated income statement, item 2(k) - Net profit/(loss) from ordinary activities attributable to members of the Company for preceding year corresponding quarter should read as (2,753) instead of (2,735). v. Consolidated balance sheet, accumulated losses under current 1st quarter 30.09.2002 should read as (25,238) instead of (25,965). |
