Remarks :
The adjusted results herein contained more than 10 percent of the unaudited Quarterly Report for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2002 which was announced to KLSE on 27 February 2003. This is mainly attributed to the entire amortisation of negative goodwill (RM5.35million) in the 4th quarter.
