Remarks : 
This is an amended announcement to rectify the Notes to the Quarterly Interim Financial Report for the 4th Quarter Ended 31 December 2021 under Notes B1. Performance Review and B2. Material Changes In Current Quarter Results Compared to the Results of the Preceding Quarter as follows :-

The sentence in the Notes should read as "The decrease in Revenue were mainly due to reduction in sales to a key customer as a result of stiff competition and general lower demand of both injection and blowing moulding products during the current period ended 31 December 2021." instead of "The decrease in Revenue were mainly due to the loss of a key customer and general lower demand of both injection and blowing moulding products during the current period ended 31 December 2021." which was released earlier on 23 February 2022.

Save for the above, there is no other change to the attached Quarterly Report.

This announcement is dated 10 March 2022.
