| Amendments were made to the attached Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet and Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Income Statement for the period ended 31 March 2003 which was errorneous. The value of the net liabilities per share (RM) as contained in the attached Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2003 (unaudited) and 31 December 2002 (audited) should read as (9.56) and (9.36) respectively instead of (11.98) and (11.73) as announced on 30 May 2003. The following phase was inadvertently left out in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Income Statement:- (The Condensed Consolidated Income Statement should be read in conjunction with the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2002). |
