| Attached is the amended 4th quarterly report for the quarter ended 31 March 2003 and it supersedes the one announced on 29 May 2003. The following amendments have been made: 1) The net tangible assets per share for the quarter ended 31 March 2003 has been revised to exclude goodwill; 2) Notes No. A4, A5, A7 and B12 have been included; and 3) The variance between the effective and statutory tax rate has been explained in note No. B5. |
