| (i) The paid-up capital of the Company has been reduced to RM7,955,000 comprising 7,955,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each from RM18,500,000 comprising of 18,500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each effective from 25 May 2006 pursuant to the capital reduction and share consolidation exercise via the cancellation of RM0.57 from the par value of each share to reduce the par value to RM0.43 per share and the consolidation of approximately every 2.326 ordinary shares of RM0.43 each into one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each in the Company. (ii) The figure of the preceding year corresponding quarter are based on latest audited financial statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2005. |
