Remarks :
Item 6 - Proposed/Declared dividend per share:
The Board of Directors had on 20 December 2010 declared special dividends in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2011 as follows:
(i) 20 sen per share less 25% taxation; and
(ii) 10 sen per share, tax exempt
The dividends have been paid on 21 January 2011.
