Remarks :
The payment of the proposed final dividend of 3% or 1.5 sen (single tier tax exempt) per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of payment and entitlement date will be announced once the Board has determined the same.
