Remarks :
The Board of Directors is recommending a first and final single tier dividend of 3.75% per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013. This is subject to the shareholder approval in the next Annual General Meeting.
The entitlement and payments dates of dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
