| Included in the net loss for 2002 is an exceptional non-recurring loss of RM2.7 million arising from the disposal of an overseas subsidiary, Texchem-Pack (Philippines) Inc. and the increase in the share of loss incurred by an overseas associated company, PT Technopia Lever in respect of brand building activities to develop our new brand of mosquito coils in Indonesia with PT Unilever, of which the Group's share amounted to RM4.5 million |
