| Note 1: The final dividend of 3.5 sen per share less income tax of 28% (2.52 sen net per share) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2005 proposed by the directors on 27 February 2006 will be tabled for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates of this proposed dividend will be determined at a later date. |
