Remarks :
We refer to the Company's announcement on 28/05/2007 in respect of the financial results for the quater ended 31/03/2007. The Board of Directors of Fitters Holdings Berhad wishes to inform that the net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent as at end of current quater (31/03/2007) and as at preceding financial year end should be RM0.6769 and RM0.6652 respectively instead of RM68.6900 and RM67.8700 respectively as announced on 28/05/2007.
