Remarks : 
1) The condensed consolidated income statements should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 and the accompanying explanatory notes attached to the interim financial statements. 
2) The Company has changed it financial year end from 31 December 2014 to 31 March 2015 as announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on 19 December 2014, there are no comparative figures disclosed for the current quarter and the cumulative period to date of the preceding quarter/year. The absence of the comparatives for the period under review is because of the contention that the first three months ended 30 June 2014 is not regarded as the first quarter of the  financial year ended 31 March 2015 and hence there are no corresponding comparatives for the individual and cumulative quarters.
3) The quarterly report on the consolidated financial results for the individual and cumulative quarters ended 30 June 2014 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 March 2015 was reported on 29 August 2014.
