| This is an amended announcement to supersede the announcement on the 4th Quarterly Financial Report for the year ended 31/12/2002 made through KLSE Link on 28/2/2003 with reference No. KK-030228-75462. The amendments are as follows: (i) Loss after tax and minority interest for individual quarter and cumulative quarter ended 31/12/2002 and 31/12/2001 should read as -104,259,-49,512,-111,600 and -65,916 instead of -104,254,-59,504,-111,647 and -65,945 respectively. (ii) Net Loss for the period for individual quarter of preceding year corresponding quarter 31/12/2001 should read as -49,512 instead of -49,500. (iii) Basic loss per share for individual quarter of preceding year corresponding quarter 31/12/2001 should read as -107.00 instead of -19.00. (iv) For notes to unaudited quarterly reporting, item (2)H, " The status is under reviewed." should read as " The amount due from contract customers of RM1.9 million has been expensed off to Income Statement. (v) For notes to unaudited quarterly reporting, item (10)(b), ("Vendors") should read as ("LDCSB") |
