| Subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share less 25% tax on ordinary share of RM0.50 each and a final tax exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 have been recommended.The total final dividend as recommended will be 3.75 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each (2010: total net final dividend of 3.75 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each). |
